I recently stayed at Casa Da Cal in Camara de Lobos for a week and it was a wonderful experience. The grounds were stunning, with beautiful gardens and a quiet pool area. The room was spacious and the communal areas, including the kitchen, were impressively clean and well-maintained. The staff were polite and the self-check-in process was convenient. Additionally, the house itself had a charming facade, reminiscent of a house from a movie. I couldn't fault anything about my stay and I didn't feel like I could have found a better place to stay.

I had an exceptional stay at Casa Da Cal - By Casas Na Ilha. The highest standards of hospitality were met, making it a benchmark for other service providers. The rooms were spacious, well-lit, and filled with direct outdoor lights. The property itself was safe, quiet, and private, with a beautiful garden and clean pool. The fully-equipped kitchen and convenient indoor garage were impressive. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect, making my stay exceptional. Filipa and Isabel were also very helpful, providing a guided tour of the garden and daily homegrown bananas.

This guesthouse is in a prime location near the port and fishing village, which provides a beautiful view and access to fresh seafood. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was outstanding, and the kitchen facilities were well-equipped. The staff were helpful and provided homegrown fruits daily. The garden and pool area were meticulously landscaped and maintained.

The check-in and check-out process is automated, which may make the stay feel less personal.

The room was spacious and clean, which was perfect for our Christmas stay. We also liked that there was a kitchen and living spaces available for our use, which made the stay more comfortable. we enjoyed the location of the hotel as it was close to plenty of restaurants and shops, making it easy to explore the area.

The noise level was unbearable, especially at night. The hotel was located in an area where there was constant traffic, and it made it hard to sleep with the noise pollution.

The facilities and amenities at Casa Da Cal were amazing. We had a great time by the pool, and the garden was beautiful. The cleanliness standards were top-notch, and the shared kitchen was well-taken care of. The spacious room and the well-maintained house added to the overall experience. The early self-check-in option was a big help, and the grocery store nearby was convenient for cooking.

The house was stunning and very well equipped with modern kitchen facilities. The private parking was very convenient and the location was superb. It was situated in a beautiful fishing village full of character with lovely surroundings and plenty of restaurants and local shops just a short walk away. We enjoyed the fruit trees around the property which gave the place a tropical and exotic feel. it was a very enjoyable stay.

The road noise was a bit of an issue as the property was situated on a bend - so it was quite noisy from early in the morning until late at night. There were also some light issues as the shutters had to be left open at night - it would have been useful to have a way to shut out the light.
